Once every four months, we make a visual inspection of the aerator, pump, switches, electrical circuit, and distribution filter. In addition we inspect the effluent quality by checking for odor and visually checking for color, turbidity, and scum overflow. An effluent sample will be taken and tested for proper chlorine and pH. 

Included in the contract price is the labor required to make any adjustments or electrical repairs identified at scheduled inspection times. Labor resulting from equipment setting, improper installation (unless performed by us), or excavation will be the responsibility of the owner. The cost of any parts that may be required are not included (except Ace Service) in this agreement; however, they may be covered by the manufacturer if needed within the first two years of installation. Otherwise we will provide you with a parts cost quote before proceeding with necessary repairs. 

The aerator compressor output will be checked annually. 

Our agreement does not cover the homeowner's failure to provide constant electric current to the system, disconnecting the alarms, restricting ventilation of the aerator, overloading the system above its rated capacity, using excessive amounts of harmful matter, flooding by internal means, and destruction or damage to mechanical components by ants, water, digging, trenching, pouring concrete or driving over tanks and system components.
